In her role, she has helped to restructure the organisation, refining our services, and improving our standard of operations; while ensuring we deliver on our promise and commitment to the growth of African businesses. Her expertise facilitated the successful recruitment and onboarding of new team members and interns, strengthening our organization’s workforce. She is also an inducted member of the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON). She is passionate about building structures and processes in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and strong team building which are very critical for organizations to achieve their set goals. Outside of work, enjoys reading books and volunteering for Slum2School, a Non-Governmental Organisation that is committed to providing quality and accessible education to children from less privileged communities during weekends.
