Founded by two visionary female leaders driven by a passion for creating youth opportunities in developing countries, they recognized that youth in these regions are often disconnected from vital networks, investments, and resources, which hinders their potential for growth and innovation. Arielle for Africa was founded in 2019 with a clear purpose—to bridge the gap between potential and achievement.

Over the past five years, the organization has empowered innovators, aspiring entrepreneurs, startups, and MSMEs by providing them with essential funding, connections to investors, and comprehensive training on fundamental business practices. This holistic support system has enabled these young entrepreneurs to build and scale their businesses, driving economic growth and job creation in their communities.
